Surah Al-Aadiyaat with Urdu and English translation

100:1Make a reel of this ayah

وَٱلْعَـٰدِيَـٰتِ ضَبْحًۭا ﴿1﴾

ان سرپٹ دوڑنے والے گھوڑوں کی قسم جو ہانپ اٹھتےہیں

By the racers, panting,

100:2Make a reel of this ayah

فَٱلْمُورِيَـٰتِ قَدْحًۭا ﴿2﴾

پھر (پتھروں پر نعل) مار کر آگ نکالتے ہیں

And the producers of sparks [when] striking

100:3Make a reel of this ayah

فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًۭا ﴿3﴾

پھر صبح کو چھاپہ مارتے ہیں

And the chargers at dawn,

100:4Make a reel of this ayah

فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًۭا ﴿4﴾

پھر اس میں گرد اٹھاتے ہیں

Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,

100:5Make a reel of this ayah

فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا ﴿5﴾

پھر اس وقت دشمن کی فوج میں جا گھستے ہیں

Arriving thereby in the center collectively,

100:6Make a reel of this ayah

إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌۭ ﴿6﴾

کہ انسان اپنے پروردگار کا احسان ناشناس (اور ناشکرا) ہے

Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.

100:7Make a reel of this ayah

وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌۭ ﴿7﴾

اور وہ اس سے آگاہ بھی ہے

And indeed, he is to that a witness.

100:8Make a reel of this ayah

وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ ﴿8﴾

وہ تو مال سے سخت محبت کرنے والا ہے

And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.

100:9Make a reel of this ayah

۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ ﴿9﴾

کیا وہ اس وقت کو نہیں جانتا کہ جو (مردے) قبروں میں ہیں وہ باہر نکال لیے جائیں گے

But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered

100:10Make a reel of this ayah

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ ﴿10﴾

اور جو (بھید) دلوں میں ہیں وہ ظاہر کر دیئے جائیں گے

And that within the breasts is obtained,

100:11Make a reel of this ayah

إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ ﴿11﴾

بےشک ان کا پروردگار اس روز ان سے خوب واقف ہوگا

Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted.
